  Made my experience just great very competitive prices,great staff cant understand bad reviews just cant please everyone one of the longest standing bridal shops hopefully still around when my children need a dress thank you so much highly recommend them.

• Lovely Dresses but dont expect them on time!

  Our Dresses were ordered in May we were told delivery would be 17th Sept but after quite a few phone calls one of which a member of staff told me I wasn't priority as I had quite a few weeks yet (nice eh?) The dresses were eventually delivered after a lot of stressing and a treat on 16th November minus a shoulder wrap that was suppose to be free but now isn't and we have to proof it was just the assistant saying it came with one so we ordered the other bridesmaids wraps to match. The missing wrap would take 12 weeks to come with only 6 weeks to wedding. With no refund allowed on purchased wraps so that none of bridesmaids had a wrap so they all matched I wasn't happy! £35 each wasted! Eventually as a goodwill gesture the shop got one made for us. Not sure if this was due to the potential word of mouth damage that we could have caused to their business with the position one of us is in or not but it was needless stess and the few others I have spoken to since even knew which shop I was talking about before we even named them!!!! I wouldnt recommend them but the dresses are beautiful

  hi can i just say that all the staff at pretty picture were amazing and nothing i or my wedding party asked was to much for them, they were very helpfull with our orderd arriving in plenty of time and exactly what we asked for. would definitley recomend to my friends and family

• Rude unhelpful and staff who break promises repeatedly

  I second the comments regarding once they have your money they don't care. My wife bought from them and was promised a certificate of authenticity for her designer wedding dress. It didn't come with the dress as they said and despite numerous promises to order it, phone calls, promises of callbacks - it never materialised until I got annoyed and we both went down after months of waiting and demanded it there and then. They eventually supplied a tatty certificate covered in pen marks. They were pushy, rude and unhelpful throughout dealing with them. Based on our experience I wouldn't expect good customer service from them no matter how much you're spending.

  They just want your money, found them to be very rude, They can not be bothered with you once they have your money, just want you out the shop, would not recommend.

  just got married and would like to thank the staff my dress was fab,the mens hire suits were all correct and the bridemaids looked great dont get should a good service at other bridal shops glad i went to pretty picture thanks

  the shop had a few nice dresses but both the staff members were rude and forceful making the bride to be try on any dress they felt would suit her not giving her a choice and when she didnt like it sarted getting annoyed and short tempered. They were rude towards us the bridesmaids when we gave our opinion. Overall ruined a day that should have been a special memory for the bride and us bridesmaids. would not recommend anyone to shop there. try butterflies in stockton or destiny in stokesly, both coulnd be any more helpful.

  highly recommened best range of dresses i found in the area, great prices,great service felt like the staff acutally listened to what i wanted and helped me, give me a lot of choice there have got that pearsonal touch that brides want.
