  Really enjoyed my learning experience with Around the Bend. My instructor Simon was friendly and patient, and the lessons were relaxed and always fun. Loved learning in a Mini. My younger sister also learnt to drive through Around the Bend. Very highly recommended

• Great fun, friendly, driving school.

  I learned to drive with Around the Bend and it was a great experience. My instructor was fantastic and gave me the confidence I needed to succeed with my test. The lessons were relaxed and fun and therefore allowed me to get on with the important bit, learning to drive. Highly recommended.

• Great laugh

  I decided to learn to drive quite later than most people and around the bend was recommended by a friend who held his instructor in the highest reguard. Lessons were a great laugh and very relaxed due to the very calming and excellent ability of my instructor at the time, Simon, who helped me greatly and fit me in at very odd times due to my unsociable working hours. All in all I would highly recommend around the bend to anyone regardless of age or background. Stephen Fixter

• Excellent driving school!

  I started taking driving lessons with Around the Bend due to the fact that I needed to learn in a Mini Cooper to get use to the car! What I wasn't expecting was the amazing time I had learning due to the driving instructor Simon! The service was outstanding, friendly and very patient!! Simon made me feel relaxed and comfortable and deserves an award for the amount he put with due to my attitude of 'I can't do this!! I will never need it when I drive!' They are beyond reliable and work around the times that you are free. I turned 17 in June 2007 and was passed by the beginning of November 2007..first time!! Amazing! My brother also went on to learn to drive with Around the Bend as he believed if they could get me to pass then they must be miracle workers! He passed first time within 3 months of learning to drive! I would definitely recommend Around the Bend to learn to drive with! Thank you for the encouragement, patience and getting me to pass first time! Lizzie!

• Encouraging and Down to Earth!

  I have been taking driving lessons, from 28th September 2010, with the driving school Around the Bend. These lessons were funded by my employer, Erimus Housing. On my first lesson I was introduced to a gentle man named Graeme Osbourne. He was designated as my driving instructor. I found him to be polite, encouraging and down to Earth. From September onwards, Graeme has been a great support and has taught me everything I needed to know. His attitude and enthusiasm eventually paid off, as I have recently passed my test, on the first attempt. I would sincerely recommend Graeme and Around the Bend Driving School to anyone, including my friends and family. I know which driving school and instructor I will be opting for my daughter to use in a few years time. I would just like to say, a great big thank you to Around the Bend for providing a top class service, to Rachael Gatehouse who is a credit to the company and especially Graeme, who has been a fantastic teacher and a great friend. • Fantastic

  Hi I would just like to say a big thank you for the fantastic service that you provided from day one when I made enquiries to the day I passed my test, the customer service from Rachel was second to none and she truly is a asset to your company, even going to extra mile to call and congratulate me on passing thats the type of personal service that so many companies lack these days yet around the bend have it in spades. I must also commend you on one of your instructors Stuart Tate, what a fantastic instructor who put me at ease from 1st lesson making it easy, enjoyable and a fantastic learning experience. His patience, knowledge, experience and tuition manner make him stand out from the crowd and I would have no hesitation in recommending both him and your driving school to anybody. many thanks once again. • Passed my driving test first time !!!

  Started taking my lessons with around the bend in august , found the company very reliable and very friendly , my instructor mark made me feel very relaxed and comfortable in the car and even put up with my dizzy moments. I would definately recommend mark and the driving school .

• Passed first time!

  Loved my lessons! My instructor was great, talked through everything until I fully understood and was really patient with me! Helped me look for a quicker test instead of waiting for 6 weeks as I was relying on passing for a new job! Got through first time. Would definately recommend!

• What a car !!!

  I chose Around the Bend to get through my test because they were the first to get back to me when I rang round. What I didn't expect was the car - wow!!! The Mini Cooper is unbelievable compared to the corsa I drove before. My instructor was calm, friendly and really good too. I would definately recommend Around the Bend to anyone looking for a good instructor
