Appalling customer service
Bought an expensive bed which was delivered in a faulty condition. They cobbled together a repair. When I complained to the Manager at the Portrack Lane branch he was rude and did not even have the courtesy to apologise. He told me I had to arrange with the manufacturer to repair the bed which was untrue as their contract is with Linthorpe beds. Avoid this shop at all costs.
