Not a company to deal with

I purchased USD kit for safety passport. They never delivered during over 45 days. They are not well responding to your comlain. When you call, you won't get contact to manager, receptionest only, you have to leave your phone number and waiting and waiting to be caled back although they may not call you back. I'm still struggling to get my purchase.
