Dreadful
If you want your photos when they still mean something to you, do not use Jen Hart. It took over eight months to get our photos. The service is simply unacceptable; we received no apology. I have never been subject to such terrible, lengthy service. Photographs should be a great memory...ours ended up being an awful memory in themselves. Stay well clear and use someone with more experience in customer service and business acumen.
